Laminar Jet Fountain

The laminar jet fountain can be cheaply made with readily available supplies. The unit is used to remove turbulence from the water allowing for a laminar flow. The laminar flow carries photo properties similar to that of acrylic. The light will stay captured within the beam of water unless an imperfection is present which will cause the light to escape from the sides. The imperfections can be amplified with the inclusion of air bubbles or disturbances in the flow of water.
